(1) Media Marketing for Coastline Cleanup and Environmental Amenity Series In order to make the public closer to the coast and enhance concept of cleaning and maintaining the coastline together, YouTube celebrity "cysfeed" was invited for a video shooting to promote cleanup and maintenance of coastline environment in 2022. The filming was shot in conjunction with the beach cleanup activity at the Dacha Xishi levee held by The Society of Wildness and the Environmental Protection Bureau on September 18. It advocates keeping the coastline clean and tidy in person and together to the public. In addition, Facebook (台中好環保) graph card posting is used to promote citizens to adopt certain section of the coastline of the city for its environmental sanitation. The core idea of the design is to present the interface of YouTube live streaming. The graph shows the inspector with his dogs play on a clean beach at Da-an Coastal Park, and viewers texted in the online chat room to promote beach cleanup activities and coastline adoption. (2) Monitoring and survey of waste and garbage on the beach According to statistics from 2019 to 2022 from the monitoring and survey of waste and garbage in Songbo Fishing Port, Dajia District, it is found that the number of high-density garbage (International Coastal Cleanup, ICC) composition (including PET bottles, plastic caps, non-food bottles and cans, cups of take-away drink, iron and aluminum cans, and plastic straws) shows a trend of decreasing year by year. (3) Promotion of coastal environment adoption In 2022, coastline of 107.3 kilometers has been adopted with contracts. (some coastal areas were adopted in repetition). There are 8 schools, 41 businesses (including 1 medical institution), 14 associations, and 4 advocates, totally 67 adopters. . (4) Assistance in cleanup of coastal environment of the city In 2022, there were 97 beach cleanup activities by non-government organizations assisted this plan. About 9,772 people participated and a total of 41.6 tons of non-recyclable garbage and approximately 8 tons of recyclable garbage were cleaned up. (5) Evaluation of cleanup and maintenance task of coastline of the city Evaluation of the execution progress of coastal cleanup and maintenance task by the municipal coastal management authorities shows that cleaning of scenic spots and fishing ports of emphasized coastline areas is done by responsible officers one time per week. Cleanup result is also reported to the coastal cleanup information platform before deadline set by the Environmental Protection Administration. In addition, coastline waste reported cases are required to be cleaned up in 7 days by the authorities once the Environmental Protection Bureau receiving a report. According to statistics of 2022, a total of about 91.9 tons of non-recyclable waste, approximately 16.4 tons of recyclable waste and around 30.1 tons of driftwood were cleaned up. 16 cases were reported by the public, and 40 cases were proactively reported by the cleaning crew during irregular patrol.
